4. VIP Club subscriptions and email choices

VIP Club signup involves email confirmation. After you confirm, we send the Kickstart email sequence and our newsletter, generally every other week, with occasional relevant announcements. We use Google Analytics 4, connected through Google Site Kit, to understand how visitors use Motivatively and improve the website. Depending on consent settings, Analytics may collect page views, site interactions, approximate location, and browser or device information. Where permitted by your choices, Google Analytics may use cookies including _ga and related identifiers. We use a cookie consent banner so visitors can accept or reject optional statistics cookies and revisit their preferences.   • Sequenzy for signup forms, email confirmation, subscriber records, email sequences, and reporting.

  • Cloudflare and Cloudflare R2 for website performance or security, downloadable resources, and private backup storage.
  • Etsy as an external marketplace for purchases made through links to our shop. Etsy handles marketplace transactions under its own policies.

These providers may process information needed to provide their services under their own terms. We do not sell our newsletter subscriber list. We may share information where required by law or necessary to protect the website or its users.

9. Purchases through Etsy

Purchases made through the Motivatively Etsy shop are processed on Etsy. Etsy handles payments and marketplace activity under its own terms and Privacy Policy. We may receive order information made available to sellers for fulfillment or customer service.

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online service can guarantee perfect security. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, manage subscriptions, resolve issues, and comply with legal obligations.
