# Get in Touch

Have a question, an idea, or need help with a resource? We’re here to listen.

We’d love to hear from you. Whether you have a question about a Motivatively resource,
need help accessing a download, or want to share what you’d like to see next, you’re
welcome to reach out.

## Email Motivatively

The best place to start is [hello@motivatively.com](https://motivatively.com/contact/hello@motivatively.com).
Let us know what you’re working with and where you need a hand. A little detail
helps us understand your question.

## Need help with a resource?

If a printable, worksheet, or Kickstart download isn’t working as expected, tell
us which resource you’re using and what happened. We’ll do our best to point you
in the right direction.

## Questions about an Etsy order?

For order-specific questions, you can also reach us through [our Etsy shop](https://motivatively.etsy.com),
where your purchase details are available. Please don’t send payment-card information
or passwords by email.

## Want to stay connected?

If you’re looking for ongoing ideas and encouragement, the free [Motivatively VIP Club](https://motivatively.com/vip/)
shares practical resources, early release updates, and occasional member offers.
There’s no need to make a purchase to join.

## Start small. Make it yours.

Your questions and suggestions are welcome. We’re here to make useful, approachable
resources, not add another complicated step to your day.
