## 1. About Motivatively

Motivatively shares personal growth ideas, educational resources, printable materials,
and the free VIP Club newsletter. Products offered for sale are currently linked
to our separate [Etsy shop](https://motivatively.etsy.com) rather than sold through
checkout on this website.

## 2. Educational content, not professional advice

Our material is for general education, reflection, and personal organization. Topics
may include personal development, mindfulness, wellbeing, relationships, and money
organization. It is not a substitute for individualized medical, mental health, 
legal, financial, or other professional advice. Use your judgment and consult a 
qualified professional when appropriate. Results are not guaranteed.

## 3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized

VIP Club membership is free. You may need to confirm your email before receiving
Kickstart resources and future newsletters. We send resource-delivery emails, newsletters
generally every other week, and occasional relevant announcements. You may unsubscribe

Unless a particular resource says otherwise, original Motivatively worksheets, checklists,
PDFs, and course materials provided for free are licensed for individual, personal,
non-commercial use. You may download and print them for yourself. Do not resell,
republish, redistribute, post on public file-sharing sites, or claim these materials
as your own without permission. Any specific license accompanying a resource controls
that resource. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

## 6. Purchases through Etsy

Links to our Etsy shop take you to a separate platform. Product descriptions, prices,
payment, delivery, refunds, returns, and product-specific licenses are governed 
by the relevant Etsy listing, our Etsy shop policies, and Etsy’s platform terms.
Review them before purchasing. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer
laws do not allow us to exclude.

Except where otherwise indicated, the Motivatively name, branding, designs, original
articles, downloads, graphics, and website materials belong to Motivatively or their
respective owners. Sharing a link to our website is welcome, but unauthorized copying
or commercial exploitation is not.

Etsy and email providers. We do not control their content, uptime, or privacy practices.
